So far...

I usually don't post mid month recaps but I was curious today to see how I am doing so far. My goal for the month was to follow the half marathon training guide for walkers & by doing so, I hoped to complete 1,000 minutes of exercise for the month. 

As of today, I completed week 3 day 2 of the program and have worked out for 647 minutes. With today's workout, I have completed 11 out of the 15 days of the No Excuses November challenge.  I'm pretty freaking stoked to see that I will be exceeding my goal for the month.  The next two weeks will be kind of hectic for me since I have family coming into town for the holiday.  I plan on making my health a priority.  Since the gym will be closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving, I will be working out on Monday to make up for that day.  

I also wanted to share with you the new toy.   I can't wait to play with Siri. Hhmm that sounds dirty :)
