I let the circumstances (holidays & trip to Mexico) be the reasons why I gave myself a pass with food the past two weeks. I tried to be diligent but in reality I sucked with my food intake. I came into my weigh in expecting to maintain but I was only fooling myself.
WW is changing the way the POINTS program so I am sticking around to see what it is all about. I need to get back on track especially with the holidays coming up. I will not let myself feel this way again.

Awww, hang in there. You will get back on track! Don't beat yourself up about the rough two weeks, you enjoyed yourself and now you're back on the bandwagon.

Don't beat yourself up about the small gain...i'm sure you'll get back on track the next week. Every now and then we need to splurge a little bit...good luck on your next weigh in.

ReplyDeletePretty sure I gained about six times that on Thanksgiving alone. Don't be so hard on yourself. It comes on but will come off in no time.
