I have a few tools that I will be using to really help me become fit and healthy. One will be this blog to track my victories and hurdles. Weight Watchers has a great iphone app which I have been using religiously and have tracked my food intake. That has helped tremendously. I also started a new twitter account to talk about weight loss and find others who are on this journey. If you want follow me, you can check it out here. I'll still be using my other account to talk about make up (loves it!), what a great show Mad Men is and to continue to meet some great people with shared interests.
I know that I still have to post the rest of my trip pictures and will do so this week. PROMISE. I have a lot of pictures that I took in Russia that I want to share. That was by far my favorite country.

ReplyDeleteI myself am doing 2x a week boot camp training sessions. It's pretty intense and half of me die every time but I feel great after conquering each session. I'll be doing that until Dec 2, and hopefully I'll be fit by Christmas/birthday month.
