This whole business of counting points & servings sizes is tedious work. But I have to get used to it. Today I also realized that my cupboards are filled with non-friendly WW food. Nutella is the biggest offender which is something that I need to throw away :(
This weekend I plan on clearing out all of my cupboards and shopping for WW friendly food. For lunch, I think the easiest & most convenient thing will be to get Lean Cuisines. Or maybe some pre-made salads from Trader Joe's.
Sunday will be a test of my willpower as I am going out to lunch to celebrate my mom's birthday. We are going to one of my fave places (Cha Cha Cha) and we eat tapas style. Yummy Cuban food... and sangria.

ohhhhhh, poor Nutella!
ReplyDeleteIt is a big offender though and good for you for throwing it out! Good luck with WW, did you say you had done it before? So, you could definitely do it again! :)
I can't say I'm good with sticking to diets. I remember the South Beach one. It worked, but so much work to keep up with! (They say it's not, but it is).
ReplyDeletePortion control is a major issue for me, and I guess most people. And keeping junk foods out of reach will help.
Good luck with it. Maybe you can introduce Nutella later, in moderation.
I LOVE the pre-made salads at Trader Joes. LOVE them.
ReplyDeleteAmber - I have done it before and if you stick to it, it works.
ReplyDeleteMichelle- Thanks!
D - I have been living off of those for the past couple of days. The goat cheese one is delish.
I'm so glad I had a chance to go to Cha Cha Cha! What a great birthday place!
