
I think that this is my first TILT for 2009. Shame on me! I need to continue to do this weekly as I was in 2008.
Feeling better ~ after being sick for almost 3 weeks, I am finally back to feeling like myself. The cold or flu that was going around really stayed with me. I was taking mostly over the counter medicines since I didn't have medical insurance. Since I started a new job, my insurance doesn't kick in until February 1st. But I am going to make an appointment because I still have a bit of cough and want to make sure that my lungs are ok.
Working in SF ~ Finally! Now although things aren't exactly as I expected, I am still very happy with the choices that I have made.
Sarah & Vinnie ~ I may have talked about them in the past but they are a local morning show in San Francisco. I used to listen to them when I was in high school and one of the DJs left the show and I stopped listening. Well, now they are back together and they are hilarious. It makes my morning commute more enjoyable and I laugh all the time. Check them out at Radio Alice. You can also download their podcast on iTunes. They have a Secret Show which is brilliant!
Water ~ oh how awesome is water! I have been filling up my Sigg bottle about 3 to 4 times a day. My skin is doing so much better and I am actually doing ok without drinking as much caffeine. H2O is good! The bottle holds 33 oz so I am at least drinking 99 ozs a day.


Good for you about drinking lots of water! I'm going to try harder too. I've been feeling tired lately.
